Defenseman Marco Senerchia keeps his talents close to home, committing to Brown University.
Home is where the heart is, and Marco Senerchia will play college hockey right in his backyard. The 18 year defenseman announced his commitment to Brown University via Instagram yesterday.
Senerchia spent the 2025-26 season with the USHL's Chicago Steel. Through 56 contests, he notched 22 points (4 goals + 18 assists) and finished fourth amongst his mates with a +4 rating.
It appears Senerchia could join Brown this fall. An Instagram caption on April 13, said "What a year, thanks Fox Vegas." If Senerchia does stay, he will play at the Chicago Steel's new home in Blackhawks Ice Center.
