Windsor Spitfires forward Ryan Abraham has committed to Michigan Tech, it was announced earlier this week.

Abraham, a native of Livonia, Mich., is currently in his overage season with the Spitfires, having scored 29 goals and added 37 assists for 66 points in 66 regular season games. Through five playoff games, he has added two goals and four points.

Drafted by the Spitfires in the first round of the 2020 OHL Priority Selection, Abraham has appeared in 223 career OHL regular season games, collecting 84 goals and 129 assists for 213 points.

Before making the transition to the OHL, Abraham played his minor hockey for Compuware, including putting up 23 points in 13 games in his OHL draft year.

With Abraham joining the Huskies, they will be getting a high-end talent who should step in and produce right away. While some look at his frame and have pause, Abraham never backs down from anyone and will be an impact NCAA player.
