Naumovski played for Augustana in 2023-24

The ECHL's Kalamazoo Wings have signed forward Ryan Naumvoski to a one-year deal, the team announced this past week.

Naumovski, who is entering his first full season of pro hockey, played for Augustana last season where he scored eight goals and added 17 assists for 25 points in 34 games. Naumovski also got into three games with the Wings at the end of the season, picking up his first pro assist.

Hailing from Shelby Township, Mich., Naumovski spent a total of five years in the NCAA, including four with Niagara University. Over 166 career games, Naumovski collected 31 goals and 75 assists for 106 points.

Before making the transition to the Purple Eagles, Naumvoski played junior hockey for the New Jersey Junior Titans (NAHL) and the Omaha Lancers (USHL).

With Naumovski having ECHL action under his belt, he has already proven that he can be a contributor at that level. With a full season with the Wings upcoming, Naumovski could be a diamond in the rough for Kalamazoo.
