Former New Hampshire forward Stiven Sardarian has transferred to Michigan Tech.
A product of St. Petersburg, Russia, Sardarian spent the past two seasons playing for the Wildcats. In 2023-24, he scored seven goals and added seven assists for 14 points in 32 games.
Drafted by the Buffalo Sabres in the third round of the 2021 NHL Draft, Sardarian has collected 21 career points in 61 career NCAA games.
Prior to making the jump to the NCAA, Sardarian spent one season with the Youngstown Phantoms (USHL) and also played in the MHL, Russia's top junior circuit.
With Sardarian making the transition to Michigan Tech, he will be joining a team which includes fellow NHL draft picks Viktor Hurtig (New Jersey) and Chase Pietila (Pittsburgh). If Sardarian can take another step in his offensive production, he will certainly be one to watch with the Huskies.
