Everett Silvertips forward Tyler MacKenzie has committed to Western Michigan, it was announced on Monday.

A native of Red Deer, AB, MacKenzie scored 33 goals and tallied 45 assists in 67 regular season games for the Silvertips this past season.

Previously committed to Merrimack, MacKenzie recorded 193 points (72 goals, 121 assists) in 264 regular season WHL games between Everett and the Medicine Hat Tigers.

A 2004-born skater, MacKenzie will make the jump to the NCAA and join the Broncos for the 2025-26 season and provide an offensive spark.
