The New Jersey Devils' injury list is extensive and frequently updated.
Here is the most recent injury report that came out ahead of the team's last game on November 15th.
J. Hughes (hand)
MacEwen (undisclosed)
Glass (undisclosed)
Hamilton (undisclosed)*
Brown (undisclosed)*
Pesce (upper-body)
Dadonov (hand)*
Kovacevic (knee)
McLaughlin (undisclosed)
*There is good news, however. A recent report from Amanda Stein said that Dougie Hamilton and Connor Brown were expected to join the team at practice this morning.
Both Brown and Hamilton skated with the team on Monday, along with Dadonov. All three players are traveling with the team.
Brenden Dillon was absent from skate on Monday; however, Keefe shared with The Hockey News' Kristy Flannery that his absence was out of precaution.

Jack Hughes is out with a non-hockey hand injury. He had successful surgery and will be re-evaluated in six weeks, likely missing eight weeks. The hand injury occurred at the annual rookie team dinner. Hughes sustained an injury to his pinky involving glass.
The 24-year-old 2019 first overall pick has never completed a full season for the Devils, missing significant time due to both major injuries and unusual incidents like this year.
MacEwen’s tenure with the Devils has begun turbulently. Acquired from the Senators on October 3rd, the winger was quickly placed on waivers and recalled within two days. He was waived after just one game with the Devils, then exited his season debut with an injury. He returned on November 10 but sustained another injury on November 12. MacEwen was then placed on injured reserve.
Cody Glass, like MacEwen, sustained an upper-body injury in late October. He returned for four games before re-injuring his upper body. On Saturday, head coach Sheldon Keefe announced that Glass will be out week-to-week due to an upper-body injury.
Meanwhile, Brett Pesce was moved from regular IR to long-term injured reserve Saturday, per PuckPedia. Pesce has been dealing with an upper-body injury.
Evgenii Dadonov has been dealing with a hand injury after playing just one game. He was on the ice today for morning practice and traveling with the team.
"He was a bit of an unexpected participant today," said Keefe. "While we were away last week, he just continued to get better and better, and get to the point where he was comfortable skating today, and got through the skate well. He's gonna come along as well, given that it's a three-gamer trip. He's a possibility as we get going."
On October 12, Kovacevic was also placed on long-term injured reserve, per PuckPedia. He had knee surgery in May and is still recovering, with no set date for return.
McLaughlin was placed on injured reserve at the beginning of October with an undisclosed injury. There is no update on his expected return.
Hamilton has been dealing with a lower-body injury, while Brown has been dealing with an upper-body injury.
Persistent injuries and ill fortune have inspired Brendan Dillon to suggest that the team ‘sage the place.’
He may be right, as the Devils continue to struggle with injuries. The team now has some time to prepare for their next game, which will be tomorrow night against the Tampa Bay Lightning.
