- Brett Skinner's hired as the new coach of the Fargo Force, as Nick Oliver left to become an assistant at Wisconsin.
- More USHL trades happened, including seventh-round Blue Jackets draft pick, James Fisher.
- Ryan Johnson signed with the Buffalo Sabres instead of using his fifth year of college eligibility and will report to the AHL Americans. Meanwhile, 6-foot-2 netminder Emil Zetterquist signed a pro contract in Sweden.
