NHL training camps begin later in September, and some notable RFAs on the Red Wings, Bruins, Maple Leafs, Jets and Stars remain unsigned.

NHL training camps will start opening in just over two weeks. That leaves a narrow window for clubs to get their unsigned RFAs under contract.
Boston Bruins goaltender Jeremy Swayman tops that list. He and the Bruins reportedly remain far apart in negotiations despite both sides expressing confidence a deal will be done before training camp
Michael DeRosa cited The Boston Globe's Kevin Paul Dupont suggesting the possibility of Swayman and the Bruins agreeing to a short-term deal taking him up to age 29. He also cited Daily Faceoff's Frank Seravalli claiming the Swayman camp was believed to be seeking an average annual value in the mid-$8 million range earlier this summer while the Bruins countered with something in the low-$6 million range.
The Detroit Red Wings remains in talks with defenseman Moritz Seider and winger Lucas Raymond. Detroit Hockey Now's Kevin Allen wondered what effect Seth Jarvis' new contract with the Carolina Hurricanes might have on Raymond's negotiations. Both players had comparable stats last summer.
Talks continue between the Winnipeg Jets and Cole Perfetti. The Hockey News' Rob Couch suggested the Chicago Blackhawks consider signing the 22-year-old forward to an offer sheet. However, that's unlikely to happen given the Jets have over $5.7 million in cap space to match an offer.
There's been little news regarding the Dallas Stars' negotiations with defenseman Thomas Harley. The most recent report was on Aug. 9 when GM Jim Nill told The Dallas Morning News he remained confident of getting the 23-year-old blueliner under contract before training camp.
Toronto Maple Leafs winger Nick Robertson remains unsigned as he reportedly still wants to be traded. However, GM Brad Treliving has dug in his heels, preferring to retain the 22-year-old winger in the hope he can build on last season's promising performance. This standoff could carry over into the training camp.
