Canucks defenceman Salo expected to miss a week with sprained knee

The team said Friday that Salo suffered a first-degree sprain in a 5-2 loss to the Minnesota Wild on Thursday night.

Salo, 32, has three goals and seven assists for 10 points in 13 games this season.
