PHILADELPHIA - The Philadelphia Flyers and defenceman Ole-Kristian Tollefsen have agreed to a one-year contract.

The 25-year-old Tollefsen played in 19 games last season with the Columbus Blue Jackets, but he missed 39 regular-season games and all four in the playoffs due to injury.

Tollefsen is the fifth Norwegian-born player to play in the NHL and the second for the Flyers. Patrick Thoresen played in 21 regular-season games and 14 post-season contests for the Flyers in 2007-08.

Tollefsen has four goals and 10 points in 145 career games.
