The St. Louis Blues unveiled new home and away jersey designs Monday, which resemble a look used before 2007. And we also caught our first glimpse of Paul Stastny in Blues colors. What do you think of the new look?

Monday night, the St. Louis Blues unveiled their new jersey designs for the 2014-15 season at the Ice Breaker fan event. We're already fans of the Blues logo, having

ranked them third in the NHL in our logo rankings last week, and now we like their jerseys even more. The

team says the "uniforms reflect a modernized version of the classic look worn by the team from 1998-2007. The uniform leaves the Blue Note unchanged, symbolizing the club's pride in one of the greatest logos in all of sports." What do you think?

Personally, I'm a big fan of the team going back to more of a throwback design, getting rid of the yellow piping and returning the lines to the bottom of the jersey. Usually, a team's dark jerseys are the best looking, but these whites are sharp. These are the first changes to St. Louis' jersey since the 2007 season and is similar to the design the team used from 1998-2007. Fro more on the jerseys, check out

Chris Creamer's site. We also got our first look at St. Louis' big off-season acquisition in the teams jersey. Paul Stastny left the Colorado Avalanche to sign a four-year, $28 million contract with the Blues in July.

The Blues also released a short video alongside the announcement.
