- Yanick Lemay is the new GM for the Drummondville Voltigeurs. He was a scout for the Winnipeg Jets from 2011 to this year.

- The Ottawa Senators don't currently have any drafted players in the QMJHL, but they have a ton of 'Q' alumni in the pro ranks, including Claude Giroux.
