We asked a scout, director of player personnel or GM from each NHL team to provide their input on the top prospects in the game, using a five-to-10-year measuring stick. While he is still green, more often than not, he has displayed the well-rounded, reliable approach he showed off in the KHL and last season with Milwaukee. He showed zero hesitation getting physically involved – but he could stand to dial things back; after just 15 games, he’d quickly become Utah’s PIM leader. Still, he shows great poise and can provide offense from the deep corners of the zone, creating rebounds and shot-passes from range.
