    Ryan Kennedy and Michael Traikos shared what they enjoyed about the line brawl off the opening faceoff between the New York Rangers and New Jersey Devils last week.

    Heading into the April 3 contest between the New York Rangers and New Jersey Devils, there was expectation that the Devils' Kurtis MacDermid would avenge the Rangers' Matt Rempe for injuring Jonas Siegenthaler on March 11. 

    Rempe was suspended four games for the elbow on Siegenthaler, but when MacDermid challenged him to a fight in that game, Rempe didn't drop the gloves. Fast forward to last Wednesday, and MacDermid got his wish on the opening faceoff. But then all around them, eight other players on both teams dropped the gloves as well, resulting in a line brawl two seconds in.
