As Panarin closes in on 100 points and is putting together a Hart Trophy-caliber season with the New York Rangers, it's time we acknowledged he is undoubtedly among the greatest draft-snubbed players of all-time. Among forwards, you could argue that only Adam Oates was more productive. But he's right there with Martin St-Louis, Joe Mullen, Dino Ciccarelli and Tim Kerr.
