Coaches

Ducks need to hire more coaches, young team needs specialists in areas that talk to each player on weaknesses, set drills to improve them, and work on them  mentally.  Winning faceoffs … penalties… killing off penalties 10 commandments… power play 10 commandments.  Ducks need to have a system that complements the skills of the players on roster… not force a system on the players … I did see not creativity in their play this year … do not let our opponents know exactly what we are going to do.
