    The Anaheim Ducks (6-8-2) will embark on a brief two-game road trip on Monday when they visit the Dallas Stars (11-5-0) at American Airlines Center.

    Takeaways from the Ducks 6-4 Win over the Red Wings

    The Ducks managed just four points in their recent six-game home stand but ended on a high note, scoring a season-high six goals in a 6-4 victory over the Detroit Red Wings on Friday night.

    Dallas sits in third place in the Central Division and the Western Conference (ranked by points percentage) with 22 points in 16 games. They enter play on a three-game winning streak and have a goal differential of 16-5 in those games.

    The Ducks are seventh in the Pacific Division and 13th in the Western Conference.

    Logan Stankoven is among the favorites to win the Calder Trophy this season. He has 14 points in 16 games but was held without a point in his one career game against the Ducks last season.
