When will Zegras re-sign?

The Anaheim Ducks made another depth move recently, this time trading for defenseman Ilya Lyubushkin from the Buffalo Sabres. The team moved a fourth-round draft pick to Buffalo in order to make the trade happen. He scored two goals and had 12 assists during his only season with Buffalo last year. If anything, he will bring some needed depth and help to this Anaheim defense that was atrocious last season. The team will likely continue making smaller moves to finalize the roster before training camp starts.

In other Ducks-related news, restricted free agent Trevor Zegras remains unsigned by Anaheim. New head coach Greg Cronin wants to rebuild the offense for this coming year and there is even more excitement surrounding draft pick Leo Carlsson.
