I guess it's a good problem to have...

As the Anaheim Ducks look down the line to better days, they are met with the possibility of having to make tough decisions on their young talent. Realistically, they won't be able to keep all of the young players that they have because there isn't enough playing time for them all. So General Manager Pat Verbeek is going to have to weed out some players over the next year or so. It won't be easy, and fans may not like some of the moves, but it's a needed part of this rebuild. It will be done in the hopes that Anaheim can get back to the postseason and contend for more Stanley Cups.

In other Ducks-related news, the pipeline has been ranked as the top unit in the entire NHL. New head coach Greg Cronin wants to make the playoffs next season, and Anaheim is going star-hunting to expedite their rebuild.
