Though the 2023-24 season has yet to conclude, the Ducks have already nailed down their preseason schedule for 2024-25. They will host three home games at Honda Center and participate in three road contests.
Their three home games will be Thursday, Sept. 26 versus the San Jose Sharks, Monday, Sept. 30 versus the Los Angeles Kings and Wednesday, Oct. 2 versus the Utah Hockey Club. The puck drop for all three home games will be 7 PM PST.
This will be Anaheim’s first encounter with Utah after relocating from Arizona.
Both of the Ducks’ road preseason games will be up north in San Jose. They will play the Sharks in the Bay Area on Tuesday, Sept. 24 and Friday, Oct. 4. Puck drop for both games will be 7 PM PST.
This will be the Ducks’ first look at Macklin Celebrini, who is expected to be selected first overall by the Sharks in next week’s draft.
The Ducks’ third “road” game will be a neutral-site game on Saturday, Sept. 28 against the Kings in Ontario, Calif. at Toyota Arena, home of the Ontario Reign, the Kings’ AHL affiliate. Puck drop will be at 3 PM PST.
