During Feb. 15's matchup between Team USA and Team Canada, Boston Bruins defenseman Charlie McAvoy threw a monster hit on Connor McDavid while in the defensive zone. Just 30 seconds after, Jake Guentzel scored for Team USA to tie the game up at 1-1.
Following Guenzel's game-tying goal, Ottawa Senators star Brady Tkachuk gave McAvoy a shout-out directly to the Bruins defenseman and then the rest of Team USA.

"That starts with f---ing you! That starts with you," Tkachuk said to McAvoy. "Hey! That starts with Charlie there. Starts with f---ing, Charlie!"
Tkachuk was not wrong, as McAvoy's hit on McDavid completely stopped Canada's scoring chance. Without it, Team USA would not have had the opportunity to tie it up.
Following Guentzel's goal, Team USA would score two more unanswered goals and defeat Team Canada by a 3-1 final score. McAvoy's hit ended up playing a role in Team USA's comeback, so Tkachuk certainly did the right thing giving McAvoy that big shout-out.
