The Maple Leafs have announced that Joseph Woll will miss Game 7 due to an injury that he suffered in Game 6. As a result, netminder Ilya Samsonov will be back between the pipes for Toronto. Woll being injured is certainly not a bad thing for the Bruins. He was excellent for the Leafs since taking the starting job from Samsonov. In three appearances this series against the Bruins, the rookie posted a 0.86 GAA and a .964 SV%. He's the main reason why Toronto tied the series back up at 3-3. Samsonov, on the other hand, has struggled for the Leafs this season. He has a 1-3 record, a 3.31 GAA, and a .883 SV% in four appearances. The Bruins have had success against Samsonov, and now they must carry over to Game 7 from here.
