Only one Sabres player will be playing for Finland at the 4 Nations Face-Off.

OTP - Who Will Fill The Sabres Top-Six Hole?

Buffalo Sabres goalie Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen has made Team Finland's roster for the 4 Nations Face-Off.

Luukkonen, 25, has appeared in 17 games this season with the Sabres, where he has an 8-6-2 record, a 2.69 goals-against average, and a .906 save percentage.

Luukkonen will form a three-goalie tandem with Juuse Saros (Nashville Predators) and Kevin Lankinen (Vancouver Canucks).

While Luukkonen made Finland's roster, another Sabre surprisingly did not: defenseman Henri Jokiharju.

Many expected that Jokiharju would make Finland's roster, especially given their weak defensive depth. However, Finland opted to go with other players like Niko Mikkola (Florida Panthers), Jani Hakanpaa (Toronto Maple Leafs), Olli Maatta (Utah Hockey Club), and Juuso Valimaki (Utah).
