Sabres Make Big Decision With Top Prospect

The Sabres have made a big decision with their promising prospect.

OTP - Sabres Need To Bounce Back From A Slow Start

The Buffalo Sabres have announced that forward Jiri Kulich has been loaned to the Rochester Americans of the American Hockey League (AHL).

Kulich, 20, has appeared in eight games this season with the Sabres, where he has one goal, two penalty minutes, and an even plus/minus rating.

While Kulich has been sent down to the AHL, his future is bright. He is one of the Sabres' best prospects, and his stats last season effectively demonstrate this. In 57 games with Rochester last season, he had 27 goals and 45 points.

It will now be fascinating to see how he responds to being demoted from here. If he performs well, another call-up could be on the way.
