Lyon has been a home run of an addition, as he has an 18-8-3 record, a .914 save percentage, a 2.65 goals-against average, and two shutouts this season. Luukkonen, on the other hand, has a 15-7-2 record and a .905 save percentage. UPL has also had a .909 save percentage or better in four out of his last five appearances. With this, there is no question that Lyon and Luukkonen have been very solid for the Sabres this season. If they continue to play this well for Buffalo, it would undoubtedly be huge for the Atlantic Division club.
