Ivan Prosvetov will be sent down to the AHL Wranglers while Devin Cooley will make the Flames opening roster and play second-string to goalie Dustin Wolf.
Cooley played in three preseason games, putting up a GAA of 4.08 with a save percentage of 0.846.
Prosvetov played two exhibition games and put up a GAA of 4.52 with a save percentage of 0.857.
