Frederik Andersen Receives Stanley Cup Ring

Goaltender Frederik Andersen received his Stanley Cup championship ring on Wednesday as the Hurricanes arrived in Edmonton.

The Danish netminder signed with the Oilers this past offseason after five years in Carolina, so he wasn't able to be with the team when they received the rings right before the start of the season.

However, the organization made sure they had his ready for him when they arrived at the arena.

Andersen is currently out with a knee injury.
