The Hurricanes will send their prospect group to face the Florida regulars.

    What - Pre-Season Game 3 (2-0-0)
    When - 6 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 28
Where - Amerant Bank Arena; Sunrise, FL
How to Watch - ESPN+; Hurricanes.com (Preseason feeds are geo-restricted to only in-market fans; the game can also be listened to on 99.9 FM The Fan or through the NHL app)

The Carolina Hurricanes dismantled the Florida Panthers last night to the tune of an 8-2 win, however while that was all nice, we are more than likely to see a role reversal tonight.

The Hurricanes started a roster that will almost entirely make up their opening night lineup against a Panthers group that had maybe one player who will make their lineup.

It was a mismatch of monstruous proportions and it showed on the scoreboard.

However, we're probably going to see a bit of a mismatch tonight too as the Canes will be sending their primarily prospect-based group to Sunrise where they will face a bit more experienced roster, although Florida is still holding out the big guns.
