The Carolina Hurricanes continue to prioritize talented, offensive forwards in the 2023 draft, this time taking winger Felix Unger Sorum 62nd overall.

The 5-foot-11 forward is known for his playmaking. He had eight assists in seven games playing for Sweden at the World Junior Championships U-18s.

He projects to be a top-end puck distributor and could be a key piece to the Hurricanes future if he continues to develop properly.

High-end hockey senses is something that can't be taught, so this fits the bill of Carolina swinging high.
