Everyone knows how good Carolina Hurricanes defenseman Jaccob Slavin is defensively at this point, but what he still might be underrated at is for just how good he is at everything, offense included.

And he proved that Sunday afternoon in Game 4 against the New Jersey Devils.

After knocking down an attempted Stefan Noesen clear in the first period, Slavin dangled around the former Cane and then threaded the needle over Devils netminder Jacob Markstrom's shoulder to give his team an early 2-0 lead.

It was an unreal display of hand-eye coordination, skating and shooting and potentially one of the goals of the postseason and definitely of the Hurricanes' season.

The goal also moves Slavin into sole possession for the most playoff goals by a defenseman in franchise history (8).

Carolina is looking to bring a 3-1 series lead back to Raleigh and lead New Jersey 2-0 after one period.
