Earlier in the day, Slovakia was losing to Sweden 5-2. However, a Slovakian goal with under a minute remaining impacts the entire group and who is going to win. 

Now, Teuvo Teravainen and Finland have extra implications when they take on Italy. If they win in regulation, Slovakia will still win Group B. Any other result will make Sweden the winners of the group.  

The tiebreaker among the three 2-1 teams (assuming Finland wins in regulation over Italy) would be goal differential in their games. Slovakia has it at +1 (Finland is even, and Sweden is -1). 

Team Italy, despite their reputation coming in, has played well. Now, they have a chance to shake things up even more, but the Finns are sure to play hard to try to keep their rivals from having a bye.
