Patrick Kane was one of the core pieces and superstars for the Chicago Blackhawks during their dynasty that hoisted three Stanley Cups, but the team went into a rebuild and he was traded in 2022-23.

This is now Kane's third season on the Detroit Red Wings and he returns to Chicago very close to a major career milestone, 500 goals. Kane is just three goals away from this mark and it is a possibility, though slight, that he can do it against his former team that drafted him.

Kane scored 446 of his 497 goals in the regular season in a Blackhawks uniform, also scoring 52 playoff goals for them. But for his 500 goals milestone, it only counts regular season goals and stats.

Kane began his career by scoring at least 20 goals in 13 consecutive seasons before the 56-game shortened season where he scored 15 goals. He has followed that up with four more consecutive 20-goal seasons, but has five this season in 23 games.

The veteran gets 3:31 of power-play time per game and is in the top-6, plus this likely feels like a big game for him. Be ready for Kane to put on another show in Chicago.
