Opinions are coming in at our THN Blackhawks site poll on whether NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman should reinstate former Blackhawks coach Joel Quenneville and general manager Stan Bowman so they can work again in the NHL.

Neither Quenneville or Bowman were officially banned by Bettman or the NHL, but both left jobs after a detailed report on the Brad Aldrich sexual assault scandal were released on Oct. 26, 2021. 

Bowman resigned almost immediately. 

Quenneville, then coach of the Florida Panthers, had to travel to New York two days later to meeting with Bettman and his staff to discuss the gravity of the situation. He stepped down after the meeting.
