Cale Makar, after missing Saturday's game against the United States due to illness, looks slated to return in Monday's matchup against Team Finland/Suomi in the Four Nations Face-Off Tournament.

The Hockey News' podcast, the Cheat Sheet, discusses the likelihood of Nathan MacKinnon winning the Art Ross trophy without Mikko Rantanen on his wing.

Cale Makar, one of three Colorado Avalanche players on Team Canada, missed Saturday's highly-touted matchup against the United States, where Canada lost 3-1. His illness looks to have let up enough to take warmups prior to Canada's game against Team Finland/Suomi on Monday.

Per TSN, Makar told reporters after practice on Sunday that he "was going to do everything I can to play" in Canada's next game.

Today's 11:00 pm (Mountain Time) game showcases all four Avalanche players in Cale Makar, Nathan MacKinnon, and Devon Toews for Canada and Artturi Lehkonen for Team Finland/Suomi.

Currently, the only Avalanche player with a point in this tournament is MacKinnon, who had the first goal in Canada's 4-3 OT win against Team Sweden on Wednesday, 2/12.
