The Columbus Blue Jackets and Winnipeg Jets will face each other for the first time this season tonight at Nationwide Arena.

The Columbus Blue Jackets Outlook and Success

The Columbus Blue Jackets welcome the best team (so far) in the NHL into Nationwide Arena tonight.

Columbus has won 3 of 4 and have earned points in four straight games. They've blown teams out and ground out a win against the Islanders, so they've shown, at least so far, that they can win in any way.

But tonight the Jets come in having won 9 of their first 10 games and are playing very well. Winnipeg leads the league in wins and points. Their power play is 1st in the league, while their PK is 13th. They're good in all phases of the game.

The Jets seem to be able to score whenever they want and don't give up many goals either. They're 3rd in the league in goals scored, and 5th in goals against. The bottom line is that the Winnipeg Jets are very good, and the CBJ will need to throw the kitchen sink at them to beat them.

The Jets are 1st in the Central, 1st in the West, and 1st in the NHL.
