The Columbus Blue Jackets and Nashville Predators will face each other for the first time this season tonight at Bridgestone Arena.

The Columbus Blue Jackets are in Nashville tonight to play the Predators. This game is a lone one-game roadie that splits up a seven-game home stand for Columbus.

To say Bridgestone Arena has been a house of horrors is an understatement. The Blue Jackets have 9 wins ever in Smashville.

Dmitri Voronkov skated with the team yesterday, which seems to suggest that he could return a lot sooner than expected. Original reports had him out until late November.

Defenseman Jordan Harris practiced with Jack Johnson on Friday, suggesting Harris gets the nod over David Jiříček.

Daniil Tarasov has started the last three games for Columbus and played fairly well, but Elvis Merzļikins is healthy and ready to play. We'll get an update from Dean Evason later today.
