  • Jean Francois Labbé - He played 14 games for the Jackets in 02-03. He went 3-5 with a 3.48 GAA. He never played another NHL after Columbus and left for Europe in 2004. He retired in 2011. 

Who Wore It Last?

  • Steve Mason - Mason started 224 games for the Jackets before being traded to the Philadelphia Flyers on April 3, 2013. 

Who Wore It Best?

  • Steve Mason - Mason won 96 games for Columbus in his career. His win total is second to only Sergei Bobrovsky. His 19 shutouts are also second, while he played 13,138:02 of TOI, which is third. His GAA is fourth in team history, while his save % is fifth. 

Others That Have Worn #1

  • Tomáš Pöpperle - Pöpperle played two games for Columbus in 06-07, which were the only two NHL games of his career, both of which were in relief. His save % was .929% and he had a GAA of 1.35. He played 66 AHL games for the Syracuse Crunch before returning to Europe. He played in Germany last season but is without a contract so far in 24-25.
