The Columbus Blue Jackets visit the Enterprise Center to take on the St. Louis Blues tonight.
There isn't much to say about the CBJ's history of going into St. Louis and playing the Blues. Enterprise Center could easily be renamed "The Den of Despair" for the Jackets, as they've only won 12 games in STL in their 24-year history.
This game could be exciting though. The Blues currently sit just two points out of a wild card spot and are 5-4-1 in their last 10 games. Meanwhile, the loveable Jackets are 7-2-1 in their last 10, have won three straight, and sit in the second wild card spot with a chance to move ahead of the Boston Bruins for the first wild card spot with a B's loss to the Panthers on Saturday night. Both teams are going to come out firing.
The Jackets are severely shorthanded and will need everyone to step up and play like they did against the Kraken if they want a chance to win. They should get Cole Sillinger back from illness tonight as well.
The Blues are currently 5th in the Central, 10th in the West, and 18th in the league.
