Jenner was asked about the Blues shutout and finishing up a long, tiring 5-game Western Canada trip. "Human nature, your energy's not where it probably should be at the end of a 10-day trip, 5 games, and you know, just gutted through it and obviously we played probably our best game of the road trip. And to get the win I mean, obviously, it's a good note going into the break. You know, it's something we can build on. Because I think that those kind of wins, those greasy road wins, whatever you want to call them, can bring a team together," Jenner said
Jenner also says that he's not "too worried about not going to any (of the skills events), it's kind of nice, I get to sit back and watch the guys compete for it." So there you have it, he's fine with not being selected. However, he does say that if he was chosen for an event, he would choose the Accuracy Shooting event.
