Columbus Recalls Forward Carson Meyer

Columbus has announced that they have recalled forward Carson Meyer on an emergency basis today. 

The Columbus area native has played 27 career NHL games for the Blue Jackets and has tallied 4 points. 

In Cleveland this season he has a stat line of 22-15-37 in 55 games. He has 100 points in 172 career AHL games. 

Due to illness, Justin Danforth was forced to miss Saturday's game, so the Jackets had to play a forward short. Meyer may stay with the Blue Jackets for a few games since they have guys missing due to injuries.
