

The Columbus Blue Jackets have announced they have traded Emil Bemström to the Pittsburgh Penguins for forward Alex Nylander and a conditional 6th-round pick.
According to a Blue Jackets press release, "Nylander has been recalled and is expected to join the Blue Jackets prior to Friday’s game against the Buffalo Sabres."
Nylander has played in 98 career NHL games and has a stat line of 14-20-34. He has played for the Buffalo Sabres, Chicago Blackhawks, and Pittsburgh Penguins.
Emil Bemström played in 204 career games with Columbus and had a stat line of 31-38-69.
Fans were wondering when the Bemström experiment would end, as he just didn't seem to ever catch on, now fans will wonder no more.
What's Next - Columbus will return home to Nationwide Arena on Friday when the Buffalo Sabres come to town.
