The Blue Jackets were no match for the Panthers on Thursday night, losing to Florida 3-0. 

The Blue Jackets were shut out by Sergei Bobrovsky and the Florida Panthers on Thursday. It's a rare thing that the Jackets can't score a single goal. 

Elvis Merzļikins did a great job keeping Columbus in the game as long as he could by stopping 33 of the 35 Florida shots. Without him, this game probably would've been worse.

The last two games have shown that the Jackets might not be ready for the big dogs of the league. They were thoroughly dominated by Tampa Bay and Florida in back-to-back games. 

The trade deadline is Friday at 3 pm. Will Don Waddell stick to his guns and stay loyal to a team that has played together all year? Or will he make a move or two?
