Former Jacket has a new job in his home country.
Jake Voráček, per hokej.cz has joined The Knights of Kladno as a mentor. Kladno, which plays in Tipsport Extraliga sits with two points after three games played in the current season.
Kladno's lineup currently consists of former NHLers Tomáš Plekanec, Michael Frolík, and Jaromír Jágr, yes THAT Jaromír Jágr. Jagr is also the owner of the team.
A lot of fans have been wondering what Voráček has been up to since he was forced to retire, now we know. The fun-loving Czech can also be found on X (formally Twitter) from time to time going back at trolls and having a good time. Jake is missed sorely in Columbus.
