Former Cleveland Monsters center Jake Gaudet has signed with the Belfast Giants of the EIHL. The signing was made official today by the Giants.

Gaudet, a native of Ottawa, ON, played 158 games for the Monsters from 2020-2025 before being loaned to the Providence Bruins to end the season. He totaled 31 points.

Gaudet went undrafted.

Per a Belfast press release: "Jake is a solid two-way centre who has remained in the American Hockey League because of it. He skates well, has a strong hockey IQ, and can play in all situations. He will be a great addition to our roster," says Giants Head Coach Adam Keefe.

Gaudet says, “I’m really looking forward to joining the Giants. I’ve heard great things about the club, the fanbase, and the atmosphere in Belfast. It’s an exciting opportunity for me, and I’m ready to work hard and do whatever I can to help the team be successful this season.”

Belfast played in Belfast, Northern Ireland of the Elite Ice Hockey League.
