The Columbus Blue Jackets welcome the Toronto Maple Leafs and old friend Kirill Marchenko back to Columbus tonight for the first time since the preseason trade that saw Matthew Knies come back to the Blue Jackets.

Through 10 games, Marchenko has 10 points. Shocking? Not really. He was always going to do well at the start of his Toronto tenure. After all, he's happy now, right?

The next question is: How will the CBJ faithful treat Marchenko when he's introduced and when he's on the ice? I'm guessing very loud boos. He'll smile and act like it doesn't bother him, of course, but deep down, Kirill Marchenko loves to be loved, so this might affect him a tad.

Will the Blue Jackets do a tribute video for him? I'm guessing they probably will, so they don't look bitter. But they've passed on tribute videos before.

How will his ex-teammates treat him? Will they play him with a bit of spice tonight, as they did with Patrik Laine? Surely someone will treat him with a nice, clean check.

There are several other ex-Jackets playing tonight as well, so this game could get a bit nasty. The Jackets have the players to play that way; the Leafs really don't.

This should be a must watch.
