
Werenski was asked how his rehab was going, he told the show, "I'm hoping to skate hopefully within the next 7 days. I felt pretty good today in the gym, I'm starting to ramp things up a little bit." He says, "I really don't have a definitive time on when I'll be back or when I'm shooting for it." Werenski added "I think things are better than I thought they would be at this time. Now it's just continuing to rehab and hopefully get back on the ice soon."
The Columbus Blue Jackets need Zach Werenski back in the lineup. He has missed the last 5 games, and will most likely miss the next 10 or so games. This team desperately needs some of its veterans to return to the lineup. The PK has fallen from 3rd to 17th since the injuries started to pile on, that's one of the glaring holes.
