Columbus Blue Jackets Injury Report: November 2, 2026
Nov 2, 2026 1:27 PM

The Columbus Blue Jackets were hit by preseason injuries but have remained healthy through the first month of the season.

The Columbus Blue Jackets started the season missing two of their top 6 defensemen, and it showed.

Zach Werenski being forced to play 29-plus minutes every night is not an ideal game plan for Rick Bowness. Playing Carson Soucy, Emil Andrae, and Jake Christiansen was also not part of the plan to start training camp.

The CBJ got some good news during the recently completed 3-game road trip, though. Dante Fabbro and Ivan Provorov came back into the lineup, meaning the team is as healthy as it's going to be, minus Isac Lundestrom.

Lundestrom suffered a torn Achilles tendon over the summer and had surgery to repair it. There is no timetable on his return at this time.
