Two red-hot powerhouses collide as Dallas kicks off a critical homestand. Discover how the Stars plan to counter Boston’s win streak with these projected line pairings.

On Tuesday, the Dallas Stars will look to stay hot, riding a 4-1-1 record over their last six games as they welcome the red-hot Boston Bruins, who enter the matchup riding a five-game winning streak.

It will be game one of a six-game homestand for the Stars, who are also coming off a convincing 4-0 victory over the Chicago Blackhawks on Saturday and have enjoyed several days of rest heading into the matchup.

Boston has also been off since then and haven't loss a game in two weeks, dating back to a 4-1 defeat against the Ottawa Senators. Since then, the Bruins have responded and will look to extend their streak to six against a Stars team they defeated in their last matchup in March of this year.

Although these Eastern and Western Conference opponents don't meet frequently, Dallas still held the upper hand in their last four meetings, dating back to October 2024 with the Stars coming away with three wins and outscoring Boston 21-12 during that span.
