Dallas posted a 2-1 record during the annual event, which also featured Detroit and Toronto.
Artem Grushnikov, Logan Stankoven, Gavin White, Francesco Arcuri, Matthew Seminoff and Chase Wheatcroft all scored for the Stars.
Goaltender Remi Poirier turned aside 25 of 28 shots in the win.
Arcuri, meanwhile, led Dallas with seven shots on goal, while Christian Kyrou and Antonio Stranges had two assists apiece.
