Future cornerstones and returning prospects head to Frisco this June. Catch a firsthand look at the next generation of talent during four days of free public sessions.

The off-season is in full swing and with that comes the draft and development camp. The Dallas Stars first pick will not be until the second round, pick 59. They also hold a fifth-round, sixth-round and two seventh-round picks. The Stars 2026 first-round pick was traded during the ground-breaking trade that landed Mikko Rantanen.

Development camp will be held June 29th-July 2nd at the Comerica Center in Frisco.

The roster for development camp will be released after the NHL draft, which is being held on June 26th and 27th.

There will be a good bunch of returning players from last year's development camp, such as Tristan Bertucci, Emil Hemming, Dylan Hryckowian, Niilopekka Muhonen and Arno Tiefensee. All except Hryckowian, who is the brother of Justin Hryckowian, were drafted by the Stars in recent years.

All sessions of development camp are free to the public.
